Order Processing

Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. Products ship within 1-3 business days.  During Sales/promotions, processing times may take up to 7 business days for orders to process.  Processing times for pre preorder wigs and custom wig orders can take up to 25 business days. Once orders have shipped, delivery of package will be made within 2-3 business days. All packages are shipped USPS. 

After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact customer service at royalextensionz@gmail.com 

 

 

To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.
